After booking a car, can I cancel it?

Yes, providing you cancel within 24 hours of making the booking, no further fees will be incurred. A $20.00 administration fee will apply if not cancelled within 24 hours.

Do I pay when I book or pick up the car?

We offer flexible and secure payment options via phone, in person or through our online booking system. This can be done at the time of booking or when you pick up the vehicle from our rental site.

How much excess do I need to pay?

Depending on your personal budget, you can choose from several different excess packages to suit your individual needs. Speak to one of our consultants today about the various excess plans available.

Will my rental car be insured?

Yes, all our vehicles are comprehensively insured and come with full RACV Roadside assistance. Should you experience any difficulties out on the road, it’s comforting to know that we have you covered at all times.

How does the door-to–door service work?

Our door-to-door service is suitable for those that live busy lifestyles and can’t make it to the rental site. Simply give us a call on 1300-800-228 to arrange a suitable time and place for us to drop off your rental vehicle. It’s as simple and easy as that.

Are there any extra costs when I book a vehicle?

In the case of a motor vehicle accident or unforeseen damage, we usually request a holding deposit or bond prior to booking. This is fully refundable upon return providing the vehicle comes back in the same condition prior to leaving our premises.
